Ming's Larger Water Jade Balls and Pearl Ring
This Ring in original box predates the Blue Jade Ring.
The Brocade Box has a Paper Hinge as opposed to the Metal Hinge.
The Ring is from a Living Estate and is much larger in mm size compared to other rings in this style.
The style is mixed Water Jade and Pearl with Ming's Gold Leaf Work.
Each Jade Ball is oval more egg shaped compared to Round Jade smaller pieces.
3 Jade Oval Balls approx. 10 mm in Diameter and about 12mm in oval shape.
Each pearl is high Luster 4mm in Diameter and there are 10 pearls in ring.
Total top area of ring 23 mm in Diameter and sits 18 mm High from bottom of base shank.
Size is 8 1/4"
Weight of ring: 13.8 grams.
The Jade is a true water jade color that we are familiar with it is almost clear with light blue color
As I'm getting older I'm appreciating the clear pureness of Water Jade Pieces.
This is not a small ring. Like the Blue Jade it is a larger jewelry piece.
Happy Treasure Hunting!
